Bubbles is a private event photo and video sharing platform. We allow event hosts to create galleries, invite guests, and collect media from weddings, parties, corporate events, and other occasions. Guests may upload photos and videos, view content shared by others, and interact with posts within an event gallery.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos, videos, and other content ("User Content") you upload to Bubbles. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties for advertising purposes.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of Bubbles require a paid plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Bubbles name, logo, and all platform software, design, and features are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
